The breakfast buffet included eggs and pancakes. The staff members were helpful. Cleaning ladies were friendly. New towels were available daily for the beach and in the bathroom. Beds were comfy.
The hotel had AC that could not be turned lower than 20 degrees. The balcony did not catch sunlight. Noise from other guests was clearly heard through balcony doors. Lights on either side of the bed could not be switched off.

our stay lasted four nights the staff were very cute the hotel was super clean and cozy eva and franco showed genuine care we found the location convenient for palma portals and illetas the nearby beach was beautiful and easy to access
during my stay the wifi signal was unreliable this impacted my ability to work remotely from the hotel also the gym's air conditioning was insufficient making workouts uncomfortable i hope these areas are improved

the breakfast provided a great variety of choices.
the hand sanitiser points were empty, which i found concerning. the room received only a light cleaning , and i had to clean the balcony myself. i also noticed the pool area was not well-kept.

faulty remotedifficult safe box
My twin room balcony partial sea view was okay but it has some issues. i notice that the tv remote didn't work properly. i had to press the buttons multiple times. the safe box was also difficult to operate. I had to ask for assistance. it was kinda inconvenient. Those things should be checked before i check in. i expected better functionality from the equipment in a hotel like this,

the views from the balcony were amazing. i could walk to beautiful beaches very easily. the bus stop to palma was right next to the hotel. the staff were friendly!
The restaurant for dinner at the other hotel had a big and sad atmosphere. I would have preferred to eat outside rather than looking at the pool through dirty windows.
